Weston by Wadan Developments is a high-rise residential tower located at Dubailand Residence Complex (DLRC) , laced with studios, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments in Dubai . Where the manicured greenery of Dubai Land Residence Complex meets the quiet hum of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, this elegant tower rises with luxury and simplicity at the same time. The tower plays with a smooth curvilinear form that contours itself unobtrusively into its mature palm and rolling lawns. The façade unfolds in soft ivory tones, with balconies that stud the building with uninterrupted strings of glass and stones, catching the desert sun's light throughout the day. Kitchens complete with splashbacks of veined stone, rose-gold fixtures and integrated appliances, onto dining rooms with soft pink upholstery. Living rooms feature sculptural and ring-form pendant lighting, linen in dreamy shades over-arched over joinery, while bedrooms are clad in linen tones beneath arched joinery, natural stone en-suite bathrooms and oval mirrors and copper-toned fixtures. From this point on, smart-home integration flows unobtrusively through all areas, bringing residents back into their homes via the Wadan App's AI-driven concierge: a system designed to schedule services, welcome guests and predict the needs of daily life. In addition to the homes, the amenity floors create a perfect rhythm by incorporating a gym, pilot's reformer studio, yoga space and sauna for a wellness level of strength.
